Jim Barber

President/Owner

Logical Solutions Majority Partner. Veteran USN and a graduate of the University of Houston College of Technology. The entirety of his career has been dedicated to the building automation industry, direct digital control systems, and energy management projects. Currently our President and managing partner responsible for strategic company direction and initiatives. Extensive experience in all aspects of direct digital control systems business financial, sales and operations with first hand technical knowledge of product application in regards to system design, sequence of operations and instrumentation applications.

Ben Blackerby

Vice President of Operations

Ben Blackerby has 10 years of experience in the Building Automation and EPMS industry. Proficient in application engineering, programming, system infrastructure, project management and account sales positions. Expertise includes customer relations, project management, project scheduling, problem resolution, system development and design. Vertical market expert in commercial, industrial/manufacturing, k-12, higher education, and mission critical.

Daniel Tarver

Vice President of Sales

Daniel Tarver has over 17 years of experience in the Building Automation and EPMS industry. Proficient in account sales and personnel management. Expertise includes customer relations, problem resolution, system development and design. Vertical market expert in mission critical, industrial/manufacturing, healthcare, commercial, and K-12.

Bruce Holman

Financial Controller

Bruce Holman graduated with his Masters in Business and has gained over 15 years of experience in finance management. At LSI, Bruce oversees all aspects of the company’s financials, as well as, manages the entire administrative team. His areas of expertise include; asset management, human resources, and payroll.

Jason Worley

BAS Operations Manager

Jason Worley has eighteen years of experience in the Building Automation and EPMS industry. His background encompasses many different facets of mechanical equipment, DDC and pneumatic controls manufactures. His work at LSI includes specializing in large complex equipment with programmable logic controllers. He supports other EMS teams in Texas that require complex integration solutions with multiple vendors. Jason’s other experience includes commercial and industrial HVAC service, repair and installation. He has worked on all brands of HVAC equipment as well as most building automation brands.

Billy Cudd

BAS Service Manager

Billy Cudd has over 32 years of experience in the Building Automation and EMS industry. His experience ranges from being a Controls Technician, Project Manager, and Service Manager. He supports the EMS Service Team specializing in problem solving, conflict resolution, and customer relationships.

Shane Aldrich

Sales Director

Shane Aldrich has over 25 years of
experience in the mechanical and building automation industry, with
experience ranging from technician, project manager, branch manager and
sales director. Shane leads our sales team to drive revenue and execute
expertly designed building systems. He is an industry leader in knowledge
and mentorship to our growing team. He specialises in complex project
design, developing employees, customer relationships, and strategic
partnerships. Vertical market expert in commercial, K12, higher education,
healthcare, and mission critical.

Bryana Rees

Marketing

Bryana Rees has over 10 years of experience in
the commercial building automation and electronic security industries. She
oversees marketing campaigns, event planning and new business
development/sales support.
