This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in Building Automation Systems, HVAC controls, and technical sales while working alongside an experienced team.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through outreach, research, and market engagement

Support Outside Sales Representatives with presentations, client meetings, and sales activities

Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools

Assist with estimating, proposals, and bid coordination for building automation projects

Maintain relationships with existing clients and contribute to year-over-year account growth

Stay informed on industry trends and project opportunities
Qualifications:

Strong communication, organization, and time management skills

Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Technical aptitude and willingness to learn building automation and HVAC systems

Sales, construction, or BAS experience preferred
